Returns

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error.

  • Items on sale or discounted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

الاسترجاع

يمكنك طلب استرجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام المنتج.

لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلًا للاسترجاع:

  • يجب أن يكون غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية.

  • يجب أن يكون في عبوته الأصلية.

  • يشترط وجود إثبات الشراء (إيصال أو رقم الطلب).

المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع:

  • المنتجات المستخدمة أو التالفة (ما لم يكن الضرر بسبب خطأ منّا).

  • المنتجات المخفضة أو ضمن عروض خاصة.

الاسترداد

بمجرد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سنقوم بإبلاغك بقبول أو رفض طلب الاسترداد.

إذا تمت الموافقة، سيتم رد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل، حسب سياسة مزوّد الدفع.

الشحن

  • يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن المنتج المُراد إرجاعه.

  • رسوم الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد.
